What if I can't make my appointment?We require that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. There is a $165 fee if you fail to give notice before 24 hours. This allows other clients the opportunity to book an appointment for the same time if they are trying to come in the same day. All intake paperwork MUST be completed at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment, or you will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled.

I've never been to counseling, what is it like?Our goal is to make you feel at ease and comfortable enough to talk about what's on your mind. In the first session, we'll have you share your story. If you're dealing with difficult emotions, you will be encouraged to talk them out and so we can discover where they are coming from. We typically assign homework, as well as a book recommendation to help you in your introspection beyond our sessions together. Our goal is to equip you in your walk with God and others so you can find healing.
