Hi, my name is Tres Adames and I am a personal trainer and a counselor with Prism Counseling & Coaching in Phoenix, Arizona. I have helped thousands of clients achieve transformation over my 12 years of experience as a therapist and coach. This unique background helps me provide more than just workout plans — I guide clients through lasting behavioral changes and a total lifestyle transformation. Now at 41, I'm in the best shape of my life and often get mistaken for being much younger. But don't worry, I'm not about that intense, "no pain, no gain" gym culture. I'm not a fitfluencer or former athlete, I'm just a regular person who has learned the skills needed to bring lasting change. Having been overweight for years of my life, I understand the journey firsthand: the struggles, setbacks, and all.

A Realistic Approach to Eating
Forget about crash diets. I’m here to guide you through a doable eating approach, which includes some of your favorite foods rather than eliminating all of them. Extreme diets are difficult to sustain and many people even regain the weight they lost (or gain even more) after they quit. My approach is about adding nutritious foods rather than taking away your favorite foods that make life a joy. |
