We offer counseling and coaching sessions in-person and online via telehealth. Our special package plan discounts the price of counseling over several sessions. These rates apply to both individuals and couples.

Our most common service type for individuals and couples. Most clients choose this option for their first appointment and regular follow-ups and check-ins.

Payment Options

If you cancel under 24 hours or miss your appointment, a $165 fee will be assessed. Intake paperwork must be completed 24 hours before the first appointment or it will be cancelled and the late fee assessed. Packages must be paid upfront to receive the discount and are non-refundable.

Looking for more personalized, private, and priority access to counseling? Some of our counselors provide concierge counseling, a private service for those who want priority scheduling, direct access to a dedicated provider, and discreet, ongoing care that blends therapy, coaching, and spiritual support.

Rates & Payment FAQs

How much does a counseling session cost?

A standard session is $165 for 50 minutes. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full fee is charged. This helps us honor the time we’ve set aside for you and makes space for others in need.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. For those seeking ongoing support, we provide prepaid packages that discount the fee when purchased in bulk:

4 sessions for $600 (saves $60)
7 sessions for $995 (saves $160)

Packages must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, but they can be a helpful way to commit to the counseling journey at a lower cost.

Do you take insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but some of our clients receive partial reimbursement if they have out-of-network benefits. We’ve partnered with Mentaya to make it simple to check your coverage to see if this option may work for you: Check Your Benefits >>
An important note: using insurance means your care is no longer fully private — a mental health diagnosis must be submitted, and that becomes part of your health record. We also can’t guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you, even with a superbill.

Why Don't Many Counselors bill Insurance?

To be completely honest, insurance companies are often just as difficult for providers as they are for clients. Many counseling practices don’t have the full-time staff needed to handle the constant billing battles, denied claims, and paperwork. More importantly:

Diagnosis required: Insurance almost requires a mental health diagnosis, even for common things like stress, grief, or relationships.
Privacy concerns: That diagnosis becomes part of your permanent health record and may affect future coverage or life insurance.
Session limits: Insurance often restricts the type or number of sessions.

By staying out of that system, we’re able to focus on direct care — giving you the time, attention, and confidentiality you deserve.

Can I use MY HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover sessions or packages.

What If I Can't Afford The Full Rate?

At this time, we don’t have active counseling scholarships available. Some clients are able to receive help through church sponsorships, depending on their church’s ability to provide support. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out and we’ll do our best to explore options together.
