After you book your first session, you'll need to fill out some forms through our client portal. These forms give your consent to treatment and let us know a little bit about you. Make sure to finish these forms at least 24 hours before your first appointment so your counselor has enough time to read your details and prepare for your first session.
If you don't show up for your appointment or cancel it less than 24 hours ahead, you'll be charged the late fee of $165. Also, finish your forms 24 hours before your first appointment or else it will be cancelled and you will be charged the late fee. |

Why Do You Require This?
It's important to us that each client receives the best possible care, and to do that, we need a little time to understand your unique needs. When you fill out the forms ahead of time, it allows your counselor to get to know you and your concerns before your first session. They can then plan the session around what you need and what's best for you.
As for the cancellation policy, it's there to ensure our professionals' time is respected. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can prevent other clients from receiving care in that slot. This policy also respects your time when you are a current ongoing client, ensuring that your preferred slot isn't taken by someone else who might not show up, thereby causing unnecessary and inconvenient delays for you.
