Hi, my name is Crystal, and I’m passionate about helping teens, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. I specialize in working with those dealing with trauma and addressing emotional, relational, and spiritual struggles. With years of experience, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where every client feels valued, loved, and accepted.
As a trauma-informed counselor and coach, I integrate the complexities of theology, psychology, and neurobiology to support healing and growth. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, or faith-related challenges, my goal is to help you learn new ways of coping and find a sense of hope and resilience. I promise to be patient, truthful, and fully present as we work together. A little about me — I’m a San Diego native who has been soaking up the Arizona sun for over 20 years. I love loud music, chips with salsa, fishing, and the beauty of silence and a good nap. As for my credentials, I hold a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. I am a Board Certified Biblical Counselor (BCBC#765) through the American Association of Christian Counselors Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors, a Certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach through the Arizona Trauma Institute, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-1) with an emphasis on Complex Trauma (cPTSD).
