Faith-Based Counseling
All of our counselors are either pastoral counselors or spiritually-integrated psychotherapists and are able to integrate the insights of their client's spirituality with their counseling approach. Pastoral counseling and spiritually-integrated psychotherapy are unique forms of counseling because practitioners are uniquely equipped to assist the healing of the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. We offer two types of faith-based services: Christian counseling and spiritual direction.
Christian CounselingChristian counseling is an approach that helps Christian clients utilize the resources of their faith to help them grow relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Spiritual DirectionSpiritual direction is a form of pastoral counseling that is not necessarily crisis-focused, but centered on helping deepen a person's spiritual growth and development.
