Whether you prefer to pay privately, use a health savings account, seek insurance reimbursement, or take advantage of our sliding scale, we are here to support your needs while ensuring you receive the care you deserve.
① Paying PrivatelyPaying privately ensures the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, and most major credit cards. This applies to paying per session or any of our discount packages listed above. There are many advantages to pay privately including that your records remain private and you will not need to be labeled with a mental health diagnosis. |
② HSA or FSAIf you have an HSA or FSA card, you can use these funds to cover the cost of your sessions. HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) are special accounts that allow you to set aside pre-tax money to pay for qualified medical expenses, including counseling services. HSA or FSA cards can be used to pay the per-session rate or for any of our discount packages listed above.

③ Insurance ReimbursementIf you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, you may be able to receive reimbursement for your sessions with us. We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their insurance benefits to possibly save money on therapy. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, some find it worthwhile to check. ④ Sliding ScaleFor those who are LGBTQ+ or from underserved communities, we offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. This option is available on a limited case-by-case basis and is at the discretion and availability of the requested therapist.
