Counseling for Pastors
Many of our pastoral counselors are experienced in providing support for the unique spiritual, emotional, and relational needs of pastors — including staff ministers, denominational leaders, and their families. We understand that clergy and church leaders face unique pressures and challenges as they work to support and guide their congregations. The constant emotional and spiritual demands can sometimes lead to overwhelm, or even worse, burnout. That's why we have counselors specialized in providing care for the needs of pastors who find themselves on the edge of burnout or in need of support. Many of our counselors have direct ministry experience themselves and are able to relate to the complexity and challenges around fulfilling God's call on your life.
Our services are designed with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity in mind, ensuring that you can openly and honestly discuss your struggles without fear of judgment or unethical exposure. Pastors who come to us for counseling either pay for services privately themselves or are sponsored by their church or denomination through our church sponsorship program. |
