Church Sponsorship Program

The church sponsorship program allows churches and faith communities to more fully support parishioners in their mental and spiritual health. Parishioners receive partial or full support for the counseling services they receive through Prism Counseling & Coaching. We provide churches with a discounted rate of $25 per session ($140 compared to our full rate of $165). For example, 4 sessions will translate to $100 discounted off the total balance. We have three options available for churches when they refer parishioners to us:

Option 1: Parishioner pays for the full cost of counseling.

With this option, churches and pastors simply refer parishioners to Prism for counseling, and the client themself pays the full rate discounted rate of $140.

Option 2: Church pays for the full cost of counseling.

The church agrees to pay for the full cost of counseling for a certain number of sessions at the discounted rate of $140. The church is then billed at the end of the agreed number of sessions. A guarantee letter is required and can be filled out here. 

Option 3: Church pays for partial cost of counseling.

The church agrees to pay for only part of the cost of counseling for a certain number of sessions at the discounted rate of $140. The parishioner is expected to pay a co-pay (such as $40 or 50%). The church is then billed for the rest of the payments at the end of the agreed number of sessions. A guarantee letter is required and can be filled out here.
