About the Design of Our Main Office
Our office was inspired by Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The hotel reflects the Arts and Crafts Movement of the 19th Century. The sideboard under the cross is an original piece from the Grand Californian and was previously displayed in the halls of the hotel. The City of Phoenix has many historic buildings downtown that were built during the Arts and Crafts period. It was our desire to showcase the historical and cultural feel of Phoenix (and Arizona as a whole) in a refreshing way by moving beyond the stereotypical southwestern style.
Our office features several other pieces reflecting the mission or craftsman style of the period. Inspired by Helen Keller’s quote “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing,” we used the theme of life as an adventure throughout the office decor by featuring vintage travel posters from national and state parks, cities, and monuments throughout Arizona. Our office was featured on Freshpractice.design, a site that gave office design inspiration for therapists, by therapists.
