Christopher Grisby is the clinical administrative assistant at Prism Counseling & Coaching and serves as the board secretary and grants manager for Prism Connection, our affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing mental health accessibility for LGBTQ+ and underserved communities. With expertise in administration, client relations, and financial operations, Chris ensures both organizations run efficiently, providing essential behind-the-scenes support.

At Prism Counseling & Coaching, Chris manages client communication, scheduling, and billing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and clinicians alike. His attention to detail and commitment to efficiency keep the practice running smoothly.

In his role at Prism Connection, Chris serves as Board Secretary and Grants Manager, assisting with grant writing to secure funding for mental health initiatives. His work helps expand access to care and supports the organization’s mission of empowering marginalized communities through education and services.

Chris holds a Master of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Jackson State University. His diverse professional background, spanning retail management, nonprofit development, and organizational operations, equips him with a strong foundation in leadership and service.
