I will be direct here – if you want low-cost counseling, this is not your option. Concierge counseling is a premium, membership-based service designed for those who want the highest level of privacy, continuity, and support. Memberships start at $3,000 per month. Includes:

Flexible, priority sessions — as often as needed, in-person or by Telehealth.
Between-session touchpoints — brief, direct check-ins when needed.
On-site visits — home or office, for maximum discretion.
Priority scheduling — expedited openings, no waitlists.
One counselor, long-term — continuity with someone who knows your story.
Holistic care — I'm also a certified personal trainer, so fitness coaching can be included.

Absolute privacy — no insurance, no third parties, no diagnoses, no records shared unless requested.

Membership is highly exclusive. I only accept two concierge clients at a time to ensure the highest level of access, privacy, and personal attention.

Who I Am

I’m Tres Adames, founder and owner of Prism Counseling & Coaching. For more than 13 years, I’ve worked with leaders, professionals, and families who wanted not just therapy, but a trusted partner in their growth and well-being. I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (MDiv, BCPC), experienced mentor, and business owner. I understand firsthand the pressures of responsibility, the challenges of leadership, and the need for discreet, unwavering support.

My approach blends proven counseling tools — like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — with spiritual integration when desired. Many of my clients value this balance: the ability to explore tough personal, professional, and relational issues while also considering deeper questions of faith, meaning, and purpose.
