Christian DISC® Coach - Contract (Remote)
We are seeking Certified Christian DISC® Facilitators with additional expertise in faith-based coaching, counseling, or leadership development to provide individual coaching and live group training sessions using the Christian DISC® and/or Classic DISC. As an independent Christian DISC® Coach, you will work with pastors, ministry leaders, and faith-based organizations to help them apply the Christian DISC® or Classic DISC in leadership, team-building, and spiritual development.
This is a remote 1099 independent contractor position — you have the flexibility to set your availability, incorporate your own expertise, and welcome to introduce clients to your own resources beyond the Christian DISC®. We will provide client referrals and a general coaching framework, but you are encouraged to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs using your professional background and coaching style.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual live coaching sessions via Zoom for leaders who want deeper insight into their Christian DISC® results, leadership style, or team dynamics.
- Facilitate live group training sessions in a seminar format for churches, ministry teams, and faith-based organizations, helping them understand and apply the Christian DISC® together.
- Apply the Christian DISC® framework to leadership development, team-building, spiritual growth, and ministry challenges.
- Offer faith-based coaching, actionable strategies, and personalized guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain professional communication and promptly follow up with assigned clients.
- Required: Certified as a Certified Christian DISC® Facilitator
- Required: Credentialed as a coach, therapist, or pastoral counselor with ethical oversight (e.g., life coaching certification, licensed therapist, or pastoral counseling credential).
- Required: Carry professional liability insurance (at least $1,000,000/$3,000,000).
- Preferred: Certification or recognition from faith-based coaching or counseling organizations (e.g., International Board of Christian Care, American Association of Christian Counselors).
- Preferred: Experience providing faith-based coaching to pastors, church leaders, or ministry teams.
- Preferred: Ability to work with those of all denominational backgrounds, from conservative to progressive churches.
- Strongly Desired: Background in pastoral ministry and/or faith-based leadership experience.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Earn 60% of client fees – Payment is per session and based on client demand (no guaranteed income).
- Flexible schedule – Work on your own availability and set your own hours.
- Remote position – Coaching and training are primarily delivered via Zoom.
- Optional in-person coaching/training – If requested and feasible in your area, we will assist with arrangements.
- Work independently while receiving client referrals through our organization.
- Offer both individual coaching and group training based on your expertise.
- Leverage your unique background — you are encouraged to use your own coaching style and professional insights.
- Receive referrals on the official Christian DISC® website as well as our practice website in Phoenix, Arizona.
- We handle inquiries and connect you with clients looking for leadership coaching using the Christian DISC®.
